Astfel, suprafata obtinuta se poate constitui ca strat final, sau poate servi ca suport pentru finisaje. Sapele sunt realizate sub forma vascoasa (umede), prin turnare, aceasta fiind o metoda clasica. Pe de alta parte, o metoda des intalnita o reprezinta sapele uscate care au rol de egalizare prin asezarea unor placi prefabricate peste un strat separator. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru executia unor sape de calitate se acorda o importanta deosebita betonului aplicat, acesta fiind un material cu evolutie proprie, cu volum variabil in functie de umiditatea mediului. Bineinteles, betonul nu poate fi considerat o bariera impotriva umiditatii, nici contra pierderilor de caldura sau propagarii sunetului, iar executantii de\u00a0sape\u00a0si pardoseli ai companiei Milucon pun in practica solutii menite sa compenseze si sa ofere izolarea necesara.<\/p>\n\n\n--><\/p>\n<p>The main role of screeds is to even out a surface and, in some cases, to raise that surface to the desired level. Thus, the surface obtained can be either the final layer or serve as a support for other finishing touches.<\/p>\n<p>The mechanized screed is poured with special machines through hoses mounted on the site. The screed contains cement, sand and some binders that make it elastic and durable over time.
